My mother has been scammed out of approximately $100,000 by romance scammers claiming to be actor Peter Krause and retired Lt. Gen William B Garrett. She was a worst case scenario and would not listen to everyone warning her. Even her bank cut her off. She was alienated from me and her own siblings as a result. The scammers literally stressed and scammed her to death. She passed of cardiac arrest on 6/20. Criminal complaints have been filed at ic3.gov, SSA, IRS, FBI and TBI.
